I took over an Amazon account a few days ago and increased sales by 5x

I saw a huge opportunity in:

-Improving main image CTR by using the main keyword in the image.
-Reducing the price to stay competitive and improve organic ranking.
-Optimizing the backend to help customers find the product faster.
-Updating bullet points and title to maximize SEO and readability

I haven't even touch PPC yet

Fixing our review score could also immediately boost sales by 2.5-3x.

The only issue now is low inventory - we can’t keep up with demand since the reordering process from China is too slow.. I told him to source from U.S.

The only thing i see now is we have to increase our prices to sell less and focus on not going out of stock.

That sucks because i know we could get the Best Seller badge too.
